New York, June 15 - Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Ltd. wrapped a NZ$55.2 million private placement.
The company issued 12 million shares at NZ$4.60 each to a group of institutional investors.
The price per share is a 2.2% premium to the company's NZ$4.50 closing stock price on June 14.
Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the deal.
The private placement was conducted to fund the equity portion of Fisher & Paykel's acquisition of Elba SpA.
Based in Greenmount, Auckland, New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel manufactures kitchen appliances.
