Alliance Semiconductor shareholder Riley Investment sells 732,361 shares, keeps 12.8% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 25 - Alliance Semiconductor Corp. shareholders led by Riley Investment Partners Master Fund, LP sold 732,361 shares of the company's stock on Nov. 21 for $0.67 per share, reducing their stake in the company to 12.8%.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Riley and its affiliates beneficially own approximately 4.21 million shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Alliance Semiconductor, based in Santa Clara, Calif., does not currently have significant operations.
