S&P gives BB+ to FirstEnergy Transmission revolver

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB- issuer credit rating to FirstEnergy Transmission LLC.

At the same time, S&P assigned a BB+ rating to the company's $1 billion unsecured revolving credit facility. The outlook is stable.

S&P's BBB- issuer credit rating on FirstEnergy Transmission reflects parent FirstEnergy Corp.'s group credit profile.
