Ohio Air Quality to sell $123 million bonds for First Energy Wednesday

New York, Nov. 17 - The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority is planning to price $123 million in series 2008 pollution control revenue bonds for First Energy Corp. on Wednesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Banc of America Securities LLC as the lead manager.

Proceeds will be used for air pollution prevention efforts throughout Ohio.
