FT 3395 offers Ironmark Strategy Portfolio, 2nd Quarter 2012 units

San Diego, March 21 - FT 3395 is offering units of its Ironmark Strategy Portfolio, 2nd Quarter 2012 Series, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

The trust seeks above-average capital appreciation by investing 70% of its assets in common stocks across various market capitalizations, growth and value styles, sectors and countries. The remaining 30% of the portfolio invests in common stocks from three different tactical sectors of the market.

On the initial date of deposit, March 21, the trust consisted of $833,797 in contracts to purchase securities. The 83,380 units each have a public offering price of $10 and net asset value of $9.915. The estimated net annual distribution per unit for the first year is $0.1433.

The units each carry a maximum sales charge of up to 0.75%, consisting of a creation and development fee that will vary with the public offering price. At a public offering price of $10 per unit, the fee will be 0.5%. If the price paid for units exceeds $10 each, the fee will be less than 0.5%; if the price paid for units is less than $10 each, the fee will be greater than 0.5%, capped at 0.75%.

The trust has a mandatory termination date of June 24, 2013.
