FT 3435 registers High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate units

Minneapolis, Feb. 27 - FT 3435 has registered units of its High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate, Series 3, according to an S-6 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.
The trust will seek to distribute high current monthly income and to preserve capital by investing in a portfolio of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations.
The units will each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, which may be reduced depending on the amount of investment.
The trust will have an initial date of deposit in March.
