FT 3323 offers units of its High Yield Corporate Trust

San Diego, Jan. 18 - FT 3323 is offering units of its High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate Series, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

The trust seeks high current monthly income and the preservation of capital by investing in a portfolio of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations.

On the initial date of deposit, Jan. 18, the trust consists of $26,847,950 in contracts to purchase securities. The 27,887 units each have an initial public offering price of $995.00, of which $946.46 represents the principal amount of securities, and a net asset value of $962.74. The estimated current return is 7.68%, and the estimated long-term return is 7.05%.

The units each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%.

The weighted average maturity of the securities is 4.65 years.

The trust has a termination date of July 31, 2019.
