Alliance One buys back $18.8 million of senior notes, senior subordinated notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 - Alliance One International Inc. repurchased $18.8 million of its senior notes and senior subordinated notes in the third quarter, according to a 10-Q filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Alliance One is a Morrisville, N.C.-based leaf tobacco company.
