First Republic Bank's 5.625% series C preferreds begin trading on NYSE

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 27 - First Republic Bank's depositary shares representing 1/40th interest in a share of 5.625% series C noncumulative perpetual preferred stock have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The shares trade under the symbol "FRC PR C."

As previously reported, the company priced $150 million of the preferreds on Nov. 15. The preferred shares carry an over-allotment option for an additional 900,000 depositary shares.

The bank is based in San Francisco.
