Alliance Laundry calls all $685,000 8.5% senior subordinated notes

Cleveland, Oct. 6 - Alliance Laundry Systems Inc. announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding $685,000 8.5% senior subordinated notes due Jan. 15, 2013.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 5 at 102.125%.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the agent for redemption.

The company last month completed an offer to buy the securities in which 99.54% or $149.32 million were tendered.

Alliance Laundry is a Ripon, Wis.-based provider of laundry products and services.
