AAF McQuay buys back $2 million senior notes

New York, Nov. 9 - AAF McQuay Inc. said it repurchased $2 million of its senior notes in the first quarter of fiscal 2002.

The bonds were bought back at a discount, the company added in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At Sept. 30, there were $107 million of the notes outstanding.
