Alliance Imaging announces senior subordinated note offering

St. Louis, Dec. 1 - Alliance Imaging Inc. plans to issue new senior subordinated notes in conjunction with a tender offer, the company said in a news release Wednesday.

The company is tendering for its 10 3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2011. The tender, via deal manager Deutsche Bank Securities, runs through Dec. 28.

Alliance Imaging is an Anaheim, Calif.-based diagnostic imaging systems operator for more than 1,300 hospitals and other health care providers in nearly 45 states.
