First Magnus creditor appeals liquidation plan confirmation

Pittsburgh, March 6 - First Magnus Financial Corp. creditor WNS North America, Inc. appealed the court order confirming the company's plan of liquidation, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

As previously reported, the plan was confirmed on Feb. 28.

First Magnus, a Tucson, Ariz., mortgage loan originator, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 21, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-10578.
