First Magnus creditors committee reappointed following member change

Pittsburgh, Sept. 17 - First Magnus Financial Corp.'s U.S. Trustee amended the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

Specifically, Kenneth Goldstein was named as the new representative of National Bank of Arizona, replacing Matthew R.K. Waterman.

The rest of the committee comprises Timothy Thomas of Vanguard Legato Group, San Jose, Calif.; Douglas S. Myers of Hilton & Myers Advertising, Inc., Tucson, Ariz.; Justin Balser of Aurora Loan Services, LLC, Littleton, Colo.; and John Beitter of Pyro Brand Development, LLC, Dallas.

First Magnus, a Tucson, Ariz., mortgage loan originator, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 21. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-01578.
