New Issue: First Interstate wraps $4.53 million private placement of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 9 - First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. settled a $4.53 million private placement of stock on Sept. 30, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 58,799 common shares at $77.00 per share.

Based in Billings, Mont., First Interstate BancSystem is the holding company for First Interstate Bank, First Western Bank and First Western Bank Sturgis, which have about 70 branches in Montana, South Dakota and Wyoming. It is not listed on any exchanges.
