Adage Capital Partners reports 6.3% stake in First Industrial Realty

Philadelphia, Dec. 29 - Adage Capital Partners reported an investment of 6.3% in First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as of Dec. 19, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 2,799,405 shares.

First Industrial is a Chicago real estate investment trust.
