First Industrial Realty Trust director reports share purchase, 7% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 24 - First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. director Jay H. Shidler bought 768,400 shares of the company's common stock on Nov. 20 and Nov. 21 for a total of $4,284,055.

Shidler beneficially owns approximately 3.1 million shares of 7.0% of the Chicago real estate investment trust, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
