New Issue: Franklin County, Ohio, sells $52.41 million of First Community Village bonds

New York, Feb. 19 - Franklin County, Ohio, priced $52,405,000 of series 2013 health care facilities revenue refunding bonds for the First Community Village Obligated Group, according to an official statement.

The bonds were sold through H.J. Sims & Co.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2022 with term bonds due in 2025, 2028, 2033 and 2047. The serial coupons range from 3.375% to 4.5% with yields ranging from 3.5% to 4.6%. The 2025 bonds have a 4.75% coupon priced at 98.843 to yield 4.875%. The 2028 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 98.675 to yield 5.125%. The 2033 bonds have a 5.25% coupon priced at 98.153 to yield 5.4%, and the 2047 bonds have a 5.625% coupon priced at 98.128 to yield 5.75%.

Proceeds will be used to make capital improvements to the obligated group's skilled nursing group, as well as to retire a term loan.
