New Issue: First Community Bancorp raises $14.1 million from direct placement

New York, Sept. 6 - First Community Bancorp said it has raised $14.1 million from a direct placement of stock.

The company has signed agreements to sell 300,000 shares at $47.00 each to 12 institutional investors. The deal was priced on Sept. 2, when the company's closing stock price was $47.29.

Based in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., First Community Bancorp is a holding company for banks in Southern California.
