Des Moines, Jan. 4 - First Capital Group Ltd. raised A$2 million from a private placement of shares.
The company sold 8 million ordinary shares to Trojan Equity Ltd. at A$0.25 per share. For each share, Trojan will also receive one free option, exercisable at A$0.25 until Nov. 30, 2009.
Proceeds will be used for the company's launch of a property development fund in New Zealand.
Following the placement, First Capital has 79,458,609 shares outstanding.
The deal was non-brokered.
First Capital is an investment company based in Subiaco, Australia.
