Moody's: First American unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that First American Payments Systems, LP's B1 corporate family rating and senior secured ratings are not affected by the increase in leverage that will fund a $50 million dividend to First American's owner, Lindsay Goldberg LLC, though the use of leverage to fund the dividend signals a more aggressive financial policy.
