Knoxville, Tenn., April 29 - Firepond, Inc. settled a $1.5 million private placement of stock on April 25, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 1,071,429 common shares at $1.40 apiece to FP Tech Holdings, LLC.
Based in Newton, Mass., Firepond sells sales management software.
