New Issue: Finuchem prices €14.976 million convertibles to yield 5.61%, up 14.75%
New York, March 2 - Finuchem priced €14.976 million five-year convertible bonds in the Oceanes structure to yield 5.61% with a 14.75% initial conversion premium.
Proceeds will be used to help fund the company's previously announced diversification strategy.
Finuchem is a Savran, France-based maker of industrial robots.
Euroland Finance was financial adviser for the offering.
