Alliance Data redeems $500 million 6 3/8% notes due 2020 at par

Chicago, April 3 – Alliance Data Systems Corp. redeemed its $500 million principal amount of 6 3/8% senior notes due April 1, 2020, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were redeemed on April 2 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redemption was funded using borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility.

Alliance Data Systems is a Plano, Texas-based provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions.
