Alliance Data Systems talks €300 million eight-year notes at 5%-5¼%

Portland, Ore., Nov. 12 – Alliance Data Systems Corp. talked its €300 million offering of unrated eight-year senior notes to yield 5% to 5¼%, according to a market source.
Books close 8 a.m. ET on Friday, and the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes offering is set to price thereafter.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are joint bookrunners.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BBVA, Mizuho Securities, MUFG, RBC, SMBC Nikko and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the co-managers.
The notes become callable after three years at par plus 75% of the coupon.
The Plano, Texas-based provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions plans to use the proceeds to repay debt under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
