Alliance Data to price $400 million six-year bullet notes on Thursday

Portland, Ore., Nov. 14 - Alliance Data Systems Corp. is now expected to price a $400 million offering of non-callable six-year senior notes on Thursday.

The deal had been expected on Wednesday but it will instead price on Thursday, an informed source said, speaking on the telephone after the Wednesday close.

No price talk was announced, the source added.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners for the acquisition and general corporate purposes deal.

Alliance Data is a Dallas-based provider of marketing and loyalty services.
