Noonday's stake in Alliance Data dips below 5%

Charlotte, N.C., March 31 - Alliance Data Systems Corp. investors led by Noonday Asset Management, LP decreased their stake in the company to 4.9% from 6.9% with the sale of 1,590,390 shares between March 14 and March 24.

The shares sold for $44.83 to $47.87 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 3,900,110 shares of the Dallas-based marketing, loyalty and transaction services company's common stock.

Noonday held a 7.9% stake in the company on Nov. 14 and a 5.3% stake on Oct. 15.
