Finansbank Russia sets talk for dollar-denominated three-year bonds at 8%-8¼%

New York, Nov. 30 - Finansbank Russia Capital SA set price talk for a dollar-denominated offering of three-year eurobonds (Ba2) at 8% to 8¼%, according to a market source.

The size of the deal has not been disclosed, the source said.

Merrill Lynch is running the Regulation S transaction.

The issuer is a Moscow-based subsidiary of Turkey's Finansbank SA.
