Fitch reviews Finansbank

Fitch Ratings said it placed Finansbank AS’ and its domestic subsidiary Finans Finansal Kiralama AS' issuer default ratings of BBB- on Rating Watch Positive.

This follows a Dec. 22 announcement by Qatar National Bank (AA-/stable) that it agreed to buy National Bank of Greece's 99.81% stake in Finansbank.
