New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 market-linked notes due 2020 on two ETFs

Olympia, Wash., May 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% market-linked notes due June 1, 2020 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund and the Invesco QQQ Trust, series 1, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the worse performing fund is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 114% of the gain.

If the final level of the worse performing fund is less than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be par plus the return, subject to a minimum payout of 90% of par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
