Citigroup plans PLUS due 2019 linked to Financial Select SPDR

Olympia, Wash., April 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 5, 2019 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of at least $1.80 per $10.00 PLUS. The exact maximum return at maturity will be determined on the pricing date.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on April 30 and settle three business days after the pricing date.

The Cusip number is 17326K452.
