Barclays plans PLUS with cap tied to Financial Select Sector SPDR

Chicago, Sept. 12 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 1, 2018 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 13.8%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.

The notes will price on Sept. 29 and settle on Oct. 4.

The Cusip number is 06746M800.
