New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5.12 million of PLUS tied to six funds, indexes

Chicago, Sept. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.12 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 4, 2018 linked to a basket of three exchange-traded funds and three indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 40% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index, the iShares China Large-Cap ETF, the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund each with a 12% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 11.1%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
