New Issue: Barclays sells $1 million SuperTrack notes tied to Financial Select SPDR

Chicago, July 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due June 16, 2022 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.36 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below its 80% barrier level.
