JPMorgan Chase plans capped gears tied to Financial Select Sector SPDR

Chicago, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped gears due March 29, 2018 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 17% to 20%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the underwriters.

The notes will price on Jan. 26.

The Cusip number is 48128P365.
