New Issue: UBS prices $125,000 buffered return optimization securities linked to financial ETF
New York, Dec. 20 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $125,000 of buffered return optimization securities due Dec. 27, 2021 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund closes at or above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain, capped at par plus 50.66%.
If the fund declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
