Credit Suisse plans PLUS notes on Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund

Knoxville, Tenn., July 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 3, 2017 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 17.3%.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent, and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a distributor.

The notes (Cusip: 22548R699) are expected to price July 29 and settle Aug. 3.
