New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $900,000 jump securities on Financial Select Sector SPDR

New York, July 3 - Morgan Stanley priced $900,000 of 0% jump securities due June 30, 2015 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the exchange-traded fund's final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the upside payment of $2.40.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the fund share price.
