New Issue: TD Bank prices $3.81 million Stars linked to basket of SPDR sector funds

Buffalo, N.Y., May 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.81 million of 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due May 24, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket of ETFs, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund with a 33.34%, the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund with a 33.33% weight and the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund with a 33.33% weight.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 15.2% per year if the closing level of the basket is greater than or equal to its starting value on any quarterly observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called at maturity, investors will lose 1% for each 1% of basket decline.
