New Issue: JPMorgan prices $594,000 review notes linked to Financial Select Sector fund

Chicago, Sept. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $594,000 of 0% review notes due Jan. 31, 2025 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically starting July 28, 2022 and on any subsequent semiannual review date at a premium of 8.3% per year if the ETF closes above its initial value on the successive determination dates;

If not called and the ETF ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
