Chicago, Aug. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $759,000 of 0% autocallable securities due Jan. 26, 2026 linked to the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR fund and the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If each fund closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized 11.5% premium.
If each fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 46% premium for the final valuation date.
If the least-performing fund falls but not below its barrier level, 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing fund.
