New Issue: UBS prices $1.63 million contingent income autocalls on Energy, Utilities, Financial SPDR funds

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, March 18 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.63 million of contingent income autocallable securities due March 14, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund and the Utilities Select Sector SPDR fund according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 11% per year if each fund closes at or above its downside threshold level, 65% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each fund closes at or above its initial level on any observation date.

If each fund finishes at or above its downside threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing fund declines from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as a selected dealer.
