New Issue: GS Finance prices $20.39 million trigger autocallable contingent yield notes on two ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $20.39 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due Jan. 15, 2027 linked to the least performing of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF and the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 6.49% per year if each ETF closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial level, on the related observation date.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus coupon if the shares of each ETF close at or above its initial share price on any quarterly call observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called and the final share price of each ETF is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 70% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst performing ETF.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
