New Issue: Barclays sells $3.45 million autocallable notes on Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.45 million of autocallable notes due June 28, 2024 linked to the performance of the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized 5.55% call premium if the ETF closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call date after one year.

If the notes are not called and the ETF finishes above the 75% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed the ETF’s decline from its initial level.
