New Issue: Citi prices $15.11 million trigger autocallable contingent yield notes on two ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, June 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $15.11 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due June 28, 2024 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at an annualized rate of 6% if each fund closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial value, on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be redeemed at par of $10 plus the coupon if both ETFs close at or above their initial values on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless either ETF finishes below the 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing ETF from its initial value.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
