New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes on funds

New York, Feb. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 12, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Industrial Select Sector SPDR fund and the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the closing price of each fund is greater than or equal to its initial value on July 6, 2021, the notes will be automatically called at par plus an 1.8% call premium.

If each fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the worst performing fund.

If any fund falls but each fund finishes at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing fund.
