Chicago, April 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.14 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due April 28, 2021 linked to the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22%.
Otherwise, investors will receive a fixed number of shares of the underlying equal to the equity ratio or a cash equivalent.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
