New Issue: Bank of America prices $8.03 million Stars linked to Financial Select Sector

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 29 - Bank of America Corp. priced $8.03 million of 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Dec. 8, 2011 linked to the Financial Select Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par of $10 plus a call premium of 13.53% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 1, 2011, Sept. 1, 2011 or Dec. 1, 2011.

The payout at maturity will be par if the index finishes at or above the threshold level - 95% of the initial level - and investors will be exposed to any decline below the threshold level.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. is the underwriter.
