Financial Eyes India might issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 30 - Financial Eyes India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it might issue convertible debentures. The company approved the proposal at a board of directors meeting on Wednesday.

Other securities being considered include Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Financial Eyes India is a bank based in New Delhi, India.
