Moody's rates Finance Leasing

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned to Finance Leasing Co. long-term and short-term local- and foreign- currency issuer ratings of Ba2 and not-prime, along with a long-term national scale rating of Aa2.ru.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings are underpinned by the company's high level of capitalization and special position in the Russian aircraft leasing market, Moody's said.

The ratings also consider high industry and single-name credit risk concentration of the company's lease portfolio, cyclical nature of the aircraft industry and weak risk management, the agency said.
